Concealed 3D Hinge for Profiles like Secco Sistemi Security and Sistem Acciaio

Heavy duty hinge with ball bearings suitable for many different profiles and in particular for profile like Secco. Suitable to be installed on heavy doors, security doors, fire and smoke-proof doors, entrance doors. The installation process is made easy thanks to the position and installation of these hinges: they can be directly installed frontally in the frame and then apply the door from opened position. With the opened door is also allowed an easy maintenance and eventual substitution, still avoiding possible vandalic actions. Also, the regulation is very intuitive since the user can change one regulation per time by simply unfastening the screws, moving the door in the desired direction, and then fastening again the screws. Depending on the model, the installation is performed thanks to M8 screws, counter plates and eventually rivet nuts.
In order to obtain more carrying capacity is possible to use more than a pair of hinges, just paying attention to their vertical spacing and alignment. The carrying capacity is highly affected by the dimensions of the door leaf (width and height).
