Heavy duty hinge with ball bearings suitable for for FORSTER UNICO XS profiles with horizontal lip 15mm. Suitable to be installed on heavy doors, security doors, fire and smoke-proof doors, entrance doors. The installation process is made easy thanks to screw on the front part of the frame and of the door. This allows also an easy maintenance and eventual substitution.

The installation is performed thanks to screws, counterplates and eventually rivet nuts. On request possibility of customization of the finishing. In order to obtain more carrying capacity is possible to use more than a pair of hinges, just paying attention to their vertical spacing and alignment. The carrying capacity is highly effected by the dimensions of the door leaf (width and height).
