This hinge has a "V" shaped welding part in order to semplify the positioning and then the squared or orund profiles. this hinge has removable pin in order to semplify the painting of the whole assembly after the welding of pieces. this product in composed by 3 wings wich assure a correct alignement and a more stable performance.
During the welding process pay great attention on not deforming or damage both the product and the support profile avoiding overheating. Check the strength of the welding before installing the assembly.
